Position Description / Key and Responsibilities:
- Identify the effective segments, customers’ needs and market situation; then analyze and help formulate competitive marketing and sales plan.
- Identify the discrepancies, analyze, and make recommendations based on the actual results and trends.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reporting for MT team.
- Further develop and professionalize internal dashboards on market data and figures.
- Capture and analyze market coverage and conduct market research required in order to report the market situation timely to supervisor.
- Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition.
- Recognise and extract critical indicators from large and complex data sets.
- Monitor marketing intelligence and analytics trends, best practices and techniques to stay informed on progressive opportunities across new and existing platforms.
- Document and manage the rollout of any new digital marketing tracking and measurement tools and processes.
- Support the annual budget planning process, including the development of any needed tools or templates for collecting data.
- Identify critical business issues and support in proposing opportunities for growth.
- Implement CRM system with Sales and IT
- Pipeline management/ Opportunity management support to Sales and Management
- Key Account Management methodology support to Sales
- Sales data analytics support to Sales and Management
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- BSc in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of relevant work experience across market & business intelligence covering relevant topics such as financial structuring, pricing, and competitive analysis.
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in analytical/quantitative business, design execution and measurement of marketing programs, operations or engineering.
- Data Mining software knowledge and experience
- Analysis and Problem-solving
- Knowledge on Aqua Industry & Channel Management are preferable.
- Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Good at Vietnamese and English
