Own the journey: What to expect
Our structured 18-month program has three six-month rotations across key areas of the supply chain. This is what it looks like.
- You’ll start in your home country, building a strong foundation in systems, processes, and operations.
- You’ll then complete two international rotations, gaining hands-on experience in different countries and working on real operational and strategic challenges.
- Next, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams, share best practices, and develop a deep understanding of our global, end-to-end supply chain.
- At the end of the program, you’ll return to your home country, equipped with practical experience, global insights, and the skills to strengthen local supply chain performance.
