We are seeking a HR Service Partner to be responsible for supporting and answering HR questions from employees and managers from different divisions and countries within the Northern Europe region.
About The Role: HR Service Partner
Responsibilities:
You support our employees and managers who are based in different countries by guiding them using our systems, answering questions they have on our compensation, benefits, leave and global HR processes such as the performance and merit & bonus cycle. We are working in a digitalized way (the extend differs by country), which means questions are asked via a ticketing system and changes such as a job change, or a new address are made in the system by managers or employees. You review those changes and when necessary, process them to make sure that the benefits are adjusted accordingly.
As you can see, your responsibilities are varying greatly. This means that in this job it is important that you can keep an oversight of all things going on, the various consequences changes may have and therefore what questions to ask and prioritize them constantly. In addition to all these day-to-day tasks, we constantly want to improve our processes and way of working. By harmonizing, digitalizing and making things easier and more efficient for our ‘customers’ and ourselves. Your ideas on how to do this, are therefore very welcome and will result in participation in improvement initiatives.
You work together with the HR Business Partners, Recruiters and other HR colleagues to provide the best HR service for our employees and managers. You will be part of the enthusiastic HR Shared Services team and report to the HR Shared Service Centre who is based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in HR.
· Fluent in Dutch & English, other languages are a plus.
· Experience using Microsoft programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Experience in Workday and other HR Systems are considered a plus.
· Customer oriented and high level of organizational and communication skills.
