As an HR Service Partner, you will play a key role in strengthening the HR Shared Services team for Northern Europe. In this dynamic position, you will be the single point of contact for HR-related queries and processes in one or two designated countries. You will provide expert guidance to employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
About The Role
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in your assigned countries, offering support on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Guide employees and managers in navigating HR systems (Workday and local platforms) for queries related to compensation, benefits, time registration, leave management, and global HR processes (e.g., performance reviews, merit, and bonus cycles).
Manage and respond to HR-related tickets in Workday, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Review, assess, and process job changes, relocations, new hires, leavers and other employee movements in Workday and the Payroll system as required.
Maintain an overview of ongoing tasks, prioritize work effectively, and anticipate the impact of HR changes.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and harmonize HR processes, enhance digitalization, and increase efficiency for employees and management.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues across the region to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR operations, preferably in an international or shared services environment.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, ideally Workday, and familiarity with payroll processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support diverse teams across multiple locations.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement, digital transformation, and process efficiency.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another (North) European language is a plus.
