Why join us

Get ready to Own your growth as an HR Reporting Specialist at Nutreco, an SHV company. As global leaders in animal nutrition and aquafeed, our purpose of Feeding the Future brings us together to drive meaningful impact for generations to come. This role is ideal if you want to break into People Analytics, build strong foundations in HR reporting, and grow step by step into more advanced analytics and continuous improvement work. We  value learning agility and curisority over prior tool mastery.  Own your learning, Own your development and Own your future with us. Join us in this role where your analysis, reporting and problemsolving skills help shape better people decisions worldwide.

What you’ll do

As part of the Global HR Data & Analytics team, you will support the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR reporting across Nutreco. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality insights for HR and business stakeholders.

You will:

  • Manage global HR reporting & data tickets (triage, clarify requirements, deliver, document), following HR reporting standards, naming conventions, and governance.

  • Build and maintain Workday reports and assist in developing Power BI dashboards as your skills grow

  • Support global HR stakeholders such as HR Services, HRBPs, TA, Internal Audit, IT, Finance and business leaders with reporting needs and data questions

  • Participate in larger People Analytics initiatives once you are fully up to speed such as CSRD reporting, data quality projects, data governance initiatives, analytics roadmap activities, data driven HR improvements, AI related projects and many more

  • Contribute to data accuracy across all HR systems (with Workday as the core platform)

  • Collaborate with HR Tech colleagues to identify issues, share best practices and escalate complex cases where needed

Who we’re looking for

You are analytical, curious and highly motivated to grow within People Analytics. You enjoy solving problems, working with HR data and helping stakeholders understand and use that data effectively. You are eager to learn, open about what you know (and don’t know yet), and ask questions when needed.

Essential skills & experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, HR reporting, analytics or a related data role

  • Some experience or strong willingness to learn Workday Reporting, Adaptive Planning and Power BI

  • Genuine interest in HR data, people analytics, GDPR principles and building data literacy

  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and communicate clearly with stakeholders

  • Strong English communication skills; Spanish is an advantage for Madrid-based collaboration

  • A positive, collaborative attitude and cultural flexibility to work with global teams

What you’ll receive

Joining Nutreco means being part of a global, diverse and forward-thinking HR Technology & Analytics community.

  • A competitive salary and benefits package according to local market standards (Spain or Netherlands)

  • A collaborative team culture built on learning, trust and knowledge sharing - with a strong emphasis on helping each other grow.

  • Exposure to meaningful HR initiatives

  • Support from senior reporting specialists to help you grow at a sustainable, structured pace

How and why to find out more

This role gives you the opportunity to make a real impact on how HR uses data to improve decision making across the company. If you’re excited by HR analytics, motivated to deepen your reporting skills and eager to contribute to Nutreco’s digital HR journey, we’d love to hear from you.
