What you’ll do
You’ll focus on monitoring a variety of aquaculture feed trials at our validation farm, with key responsibilities including:
- Coordinating with the production supervisor to implement trial plans and ensure proper trial setup.
- Taking responsibility for trial quality monitoring, ensuring that any factors influencing the trial are identified, tracked, and detectable.
- Monitoring water quality and animal health, including laboratory analysis.
- Managing trial data and conducting data analysis to support trial conclusions and reporting.
- Managing and supervising the farm’s biosecurity program, including:
- Working closely with the manager to deliver the biosecurity program to all workers.
- Supervising the implementation of biosecurity practices across the farm and all trials.
- Providing reports and recommending solutions for biosecurity issues and program improvements.
- Ensuring strict compliance with the biosecurity program and visibly evaluating its effectiveness.
Who we’re looking for
- We’re looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to high‑quality work. You should be comfortable working in a hands‑on aqua farm environment, able to follow scientific procedures, and confident in managing data. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams are essential.
- The candidate is a motivated and responsible individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of aquaculture practices. He/she is capable of working independently, maintaining accurate records.
You’ll also need:
- Fresh student with Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture who has an excellent academic.
- Experience in aquaculture science research is a plus
- Proficient in English and Vietnames
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Willing to work at Ba Ria Vung Tau.
