What you’ll do

You’ll Own Relationships and Growth by driving sales and building strong partnerships with customers. This includes delivering on-farm feed solutions tailored to their needs through consultations and collaboration with internal teams. With nearly 100 years of industry expertise, Shur-Gain is committed to excellence, and success in this role requires providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to our customers. You’ll work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Nutrition, and Pricing to ensure the Right Feed, Right Place, Right Time.

Who we’re looking for

An energetic, outgoing go-getter who isn’t afraid to drive down a laneway, knock on doors and is passionate about people and ruminant nutrition. You’ll Own Your Impact by bringing enthusiasm, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

You’ll also need

  • Post-secondary education in agriculture (asset, not required) or equivalent experience

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills

  • Strong customer focus and follow-up skills

  • High level of integrity, respect, and work ethic

  • Self-motivated with initiative

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customers and attend sales events
