What you’ll do

Helping to support operational and supply chain strategy across material planning, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw and auxiliary materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting the execution of the production plan. You’ll also collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, and Formulation teams to anticipate bottlenecks, align planning parameters, and ensure smooth and cost‑effective operations across the plant.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced operational environment. Experience in material planning, supply chain, production planning, or a related area is preferred.

You’ll also need:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management)

• Experience working with ERP/MRP or planning systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• The ability to thrive in a matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders

• A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously improve planning processes
