A cornerstone of Nutreco’s strategy is hyperautomation, leveraging low‑code technologies, AI, and intelligent automation to reinvent the way we work. You will play a key role in accelerating this transformation by designing high‑impact digital solutions and empowering teams around the world with tools that enhance how we collaborate, decide, and innovate.

What you’ll do
In this exciting and hands‑on role, you will design, develop, and scale advanced digital solutions that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and enable smarter decision‑making across Nutreco’s global organisation. You will:

  • Design and develop digital applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Copilot, and related frameworks to drive automation and process optimisation. 
  • Identify automation opportunities globally, partnering with Business Units to uncover digitisation needs and build intelligent, scalable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. 
  • Build and nurture a global network of citizen developers, coaching colleagues across locations and departments to automate processes and contribute to Nutreco’s automation culture.
  • Lead digital innovation projects, collaborating with Scrum teams, IT leadership, and Business Units to accelerate transformation and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions.
  • Leverage AI, agentic AI, RPA, and low/no‑code tools to enhance business processes and optimise decision‑making across the organisation.
  • Validate value creation, ensuring implemented solutions are tracked, measured and financially validated with Finance.
  • Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices, leading ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
  • Support the setup and growth of Nutreco’s AI Center of Excellence, contributing to architecture, governance, and scaling of AI‑powered automation initiatives.

Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who is responsible, curious, and ready to Own this role. You combine hands‑on technical capability with the ability to influence and connect communities across a global matrix organisation. You’ll also need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience designing and deploying automation solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI/Copilot, RPA)
  • Experience in change management (ADKAR) and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning, with strong adaptability to emerging trends
  • Ability to coach, connect, and build communities (citizen developers, ambassadors, federated teams)
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to understand Nutreco’s global business context
