As a Procurement Logistics Specialist, you will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead innovation projects to optimize processes and drive efficiency across key areas for Spain and Portugal. 

About The Role 
Responsibilities:  
•    Develop indirect procurement strategies for logistics.
•    Analyze local and international markets to identify opportunities and anticipate trends.
•    Manage the supplier portfolio by sourcing new suppliers and developing existing ones.
•    Negotiate supplier contracts to secure competitive conditions, including transport rates.
•    Lead innovation projects and drive process improvements with new tools.

Skills and Expertise  
 Qualifications: 
•    Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or specialized training in Logistics and Land Transport.
•    At least 5 years of experience in procurement, transport, and distribution management, with strong negotiation and subcontracting skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently on multiple projects in international environments.
•    Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude toward challenges.
•    Fluent in Spanish and English (C1); Portuguese is a plus.
•    Proficient in Office tools and ERPs; willingness to travel (10-20%) nationally and internationally.
