Your role

• Providing day-to-day support to our Export/STAN Sales team, which operates across countries in Central, South, and Eastern Europe and Central Asia (with a Potential Managerial Career Path)
• Managing and optimizing the customer order process, ensuring seamless service and high satisfaction
• Acting as the key link between customers, sales, logistics, and production teams internationally
• Handling inquiries, solving problems, and managing claims or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Identifying commercial opportunities during customer interactions and taking proactive steps
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in customer communication and operational efficiency
• Building strong relationships that contribute to long-term customer success

Your qualification and experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support in an international environment
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Excellent communicator – clear, professional, and friendly both in writing and over the phone
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving situations
• Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and prioritize under pressure
• Commercially aware – able to spot opportunities and support sales growth
• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow into new responsibilities
